Schedule Your Drug Test

Choose an available NON-DOT service and appointment time. Employer and group orders require account approval and a separate completed Employer Service Agreement before ordering. Mobile collection requests are reviewed for location and availability before confirmation.

Hours (Eastern): Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM — appointment only; no walk-ins. Saturday 10:00 AM–3:00 PM — appointments and walk-ins welcome. Sunday 11:00 AM–3:00 PM — appointments and walk-ins welcome.

Prepay before arrival. An EV Screening authorization/voucher confirms prepaid service; it is not a laboratory chain-of-custody form or eCOC. EV Screening collects the specimen and sends it to the laboratory via FedEx for processing/review. Timing depends on provider review; no turnaround time is guaranteed.
